Description

Urgently required Board Secretary & Translator - English/Arabic. Graduate with Minimum 5 years experience in similar position. Knowledge of code of corporate governance, Company & Commercial Laws, policies and procedures for public limited companies. Prepare minutes of Board meetings, prepaer agenda and ensure maintaining appropriate records and followup of the decisions. Candidate should be very effective in minutes-taking and translation. Very strong organizational skills. Ability to meet deadlines. Ability to manage multiple tasks successfully. Excellent administrative, typing skills and IT literacy Experience 5 - 10 years Education Basic - Bachelor of Arts, Commerce.
